Soteria space for rent !

We desire to utilize our facility for the betterment of the community as well as the corporate Church.

The space has been created with portability so as to lend it to many different configurations and functions.

Facility Amenities:

Floor Plan - 20 X 60' open space

Round coffee shop tables (8) and padded chairs (36), and padded audience seats (50). Fire code seating per event is 65.

Full sound system - 700 watts stereo w/16 input snake and mixer board

5 CD player - Tape recording playback - CD recording w\tape dubbing

VCR - Computer w/DVD playback

Overhead digital projector w/high definition pull down screen for videos

Outside speakers for re-broadcast outdoors

External TV's for separate video presentations

Speakers podium and professional microphones for clear reproduction

Coffee shop facilities - We stock Starbucks brew coffee, water, Tazo Teas, and Frappachino as well as a fully stocked Coke machine

Clean bathroom facilities, kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, very large standalone freezer, and commercial sink (no open flame cooking).

Full lighting, gas heat, air conditioning, and full coverage ceiling fans (never any smoking!).

Floors are square grey tile for first 15' section, then 45' of hardwood flooring (great look and clean)

Catered Events such as Bar Mitzvahs, Birthday, Anniversaries, other personal celebrations or occasions

Corporate Events - Business meetings, luncheons, presentations, seminars, training sessions

Church Events - Services, classes, special occasions
