Con’t from front…..

             During this summer “season” we’ve learned much. Melody and I are getting back into the marketplace. We have continually prayed the Lord to send the laborers. They are few, but they are here. So, we are making every attempt to hand over more and more ministry @ Soteria to other Saints to equip them to equip others, to equip others, etc. And, we are continually seeking ways to allow other ministries to utilize our space downtown to build the “Kingdom” of God here on Earth as it is in Heaven. Melody is beginning to recover her teaching skills as she takes on two classes at local colleges. Her Masters degree she earned is being put to use and she is working in a great E-Commerce company to learn more modern skills with computers and the internet industry. It’s a start and we believe God will use her mightily in the marketplace. I too have been seeking marketplace employment in conjunction with my ministry duties. But I have been thwarted at every turn to enter into a regular job. My prophecies have continually led me into marketplace and church ministry simultaneously. Now, I need your prayers so the Lord can open the right doors to accomplish His goals in my life for His Kingdom. I have many inventive ideas but neither the funding or the connections to obtain funding right now to develop them. If anyone knows where I can get $500k let me know! I would use it to pay all our debts, tithe, and invest in developing some of my ideas that would create new industry,  jobs, and Kingdom finances.

             Melody and I have been to Chicago this summer in order to attend a Christian Business conference. It was a great time of confirmation and direction for where we are heading. Lance Wallnau has taught, as well as some others, on the 7 mountains of influence. We truly believe people of God are about to enter into the marketplaces and other institutions, that make up these seven “mountains” so that the Kingdom of God will begin to influence the world as it is supposed too. We were designed to have dominion. That word means to dominate! Christians aren’t supposed to be followers of world trends and traditions. We are supposed to be leaders! We’re supposed to be trend setters, wisdom producers, and knowledge manufacturers. I see the United States becoming a world power by being a world leader in entrepreneurs! That is why God is moving people off of their church “couches” and onto the race track. We have to run this race, not sit back and watch it on TV! If you’re not actually doing something for the Kingdom besides attending the cattle call every Sunday, WATCH OUT! If you are a true Christ follower and a true Holy Spirit led Saint, and a person with a mind, you will sense the urge and unction do be INVOLVED, not dissolved. This summer a shift occurred as has been prophesied over and again. It is the shift of Biblical worldview in lieu of “you view”. The focus is on how the Kingdom of God is manifest in the Earth today rather than the old “I’m waiting on the Otis elevator ride to Glory” mentality that permeated the church up until the last five years. This is what we preach today; “Go and conquer”, or else “be conquered”. You can’t sit on your porch and expect to swing society your way. You have to get out of your swing and swoop into every nook and cranny of influence to “be” Jesus no mater where you are or when you are there. It is a constant clarion call right now to be out of the four walls of a church building and “in” the minds, faces, and hearts of those in society who need Jesus. It’s not about “what” you believe any more. It’s not about your denomination, it’s about domination! Either we fight to conquer or we lose our rights and privileges to be who we are because we sit back and give them to the homosexuals, the new agers, and whoever else speaks up louder than the majority of us who normally say nothing. But, let me warn you. You need to find your “metron” or measure of Faith. Paul stated he was anointed for specific reason in each season of his life. So are you. Your job is defined by God, not circumstances, opinions, or news of what is happening in the secular or church world. I see too many people trying to propagate ideas, visions, and information that they are not supposed to handle. STOP IT! Get into where you are called and do that! Do it well! Your calling is where you will prosper. You measure of Faith is where God will add to your life. Why waste good and precious time discussing and repeating other people’s mistakes, opinions, or decisions when it is neither productive or Kingdom building. God did not call most of you to be the Church watchdogs. So, stop spreading manure and start planting seeds of righteousness, good deeds, and love so that others can reap your fruit of the Spirit. Fruit that isn’t picked isn’t any good left on the vine. It has to be picked, eaten, and/or pressed into the new wine to flow into lives where it can be used for healing, anointing, salvation, and deliverance—SOTERIA!

Seek first the Kingdom and all these things will be added...
