This was another divine appointment for us to be able to confirm what we’ve been prophesying and hearing God say is about to come. Rick Joyner, the head of Morningstar, explicitly explained events that were about to come upon us. One major revelation was the fact that the world leaders and scientists all agree we’re about to be hit with the SARS, or Avian, flu virus on a catastrophic scale. The death rate could be 52-58%. Yes, that’s right, 52% - 58%! This is serious but we’re not to fear. No weapon formed against us will prosper and no plague shall come near us. Some of us will be exempt, some of us may not survive. Many who are continually in prayer and sober will stand and go on. Rick also verified that there was coming an outpouring in October. We too had seen this at the beginning of the year when the Lord said He was going to begin a “visitation” in April for seven months. But, one thing we realized was that this outpouring was not going to be what many people would think an outpouring of God would be. One gentleman in our Sunday group made it very clear where scripture says “the great AND terrible day of the Lord”. There is a terrible day of the Lord as well as a great day of the Lord. In the times of great tribulation there will be a great harvest and the glory of the Lord will be immense. Saints, we’re about to enter this time. October could usher in a great catastrophe that will begin to bend the knees of many people who will confess Jesus as Lord and become the harvest of laborers called for by Jesus in Mathew. October could usher us into the beginning of tribulations like we’ve never seen before, but could only imagine, as we’ve read in scripture for so many years. Rick Joyner even stated things He’s seen prophetically coming even faster and sooner than what he had imagined. It is imperative you seek the heart of God, find out what your calling and ministry is, get located where God has led to be planted, and begin to fast and pray for His will to be done in your life so you will be protected and provided for. This is not going to be a passing phase. We are entering into the time of eternal shifting. It is a time of executing the plan of God on a scale never seen before. Last December when the tsunami hit, the satellite picture showed the Earth rolled back 3º. Truly the Earth is rolling to and fro as God puts His finger on places. Hurricane Katrina is now being called a “biblical” event. The true humanity is being shown right on our TV screens every day. There is meltdown and there are miracles. The sudden shortage and rise of gasoline prices is a testimony of how quickly our country could be thrown into chaos and anarchy. You can trust nothing except the Lord and His provision. We had a 3.8 earthquake 20 miles from our house in Mars Hill last week that shook the entire region. What can come next? What will God shake next? What is He telling His prophets before it happens? Many of us know, many are afraid to say. But many of us have a sense of the impending consequences of the actions of men on the Earth. Man has continually chosen from a menu of judgment and we’re about to begin bearing the fruit of it. Oh, you say God won’t kill people, or God won’t bring destruction? Read the Word. It’s all there in black, red, and white. Before He returns for a glorious Church, Bride, without spot or wrinkle there has to be a purging. Judgment starts in the House of the Lord. What have you seen going on in Christianity during the last 20 years? Seeker friendly? Passivity ? Division? Strife? Eze 38:9 Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee. Isa 28:2 Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one, [which] as a tempest of hail [and] a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand.
