THE STORY Of SOTERIA®

Alignment! Yes, He gave some Apostles, some Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers, and Prophets. This month has been all about your part. The Lord is continually trying to get us to hear who we are in Him. There are many out there that continually try to smother each other with their agenda or Biblical expectations concerning what they see others are supposed to be. They continually expect other people to live up to what they see as the “primary goal” of Christian Life. I feel sometimes as though we are under other people’s microscope of scrutiny because we do things different than they. Well, it’s because we are different! When you look at a cutaway chart of the human body to reveal its parts, you see they are all different. They have different functions. Not all are supposed to clean the blood. Not all are supposed to be the food processor. Not all can be the voice box. And, not all can be the nervous system that keeps the rest of the body alert to its surroundings. It is time we become the true body of Christ. It is time we recognize each other’s part and begin to cherish it and embrace it as though it was the most important part of the body.
Preferring to one another in Love is the way the Lord prefers us to be. Deferring our own agenda without compromising the goals and destiny God has for each of us is in deed a challenge. But here is a key. When you lift others up, you sow into someone else’s life or ministry. By this you reap in your own life and ministry.
In Soteria we began the 30 day commission to pray in tongues for at least one hour daily. The first week we were lead to pray for many things. I saw the interpretations being given to me while in prayer as to what we were praying for. The strategy God was laying out was one of decimation of the enemy’s camp.

The Lord is dismantling the enemy’s camp over WNC. Many people have a mantle of ministry that the enemy has stolen through all kinds of deception and sin. He is guiding us, particularly, to pray for this dismembering of the army of Satan so that His people can begin to hear more clearly what their mantles, callings and purposes, are on a daily basis.
Some are called to be Evangelists. Some are called to be Pastors. Some are called to be Teachers. And, some are called to be Apostles. We are ALL called. We are ALL parts of His body. We all need one another to function without spot or wrinkle. God is calling us all out to DO what we are called, not just BE what we are called. Too many people think a title gives them authority and leadership. NOT! It gives you a mission, a purpose, and something to DO every day which is what you are called for others to see you DO. You are the example of Jesus for them. An Apostle is a forerunner that continually brings balance and government to the entire church. The Prophet is a seer and announcer of what God is about to do for the entire church. The Pastor is leading people to the place where they can get what is needed for their life, even if it is another congregation or ministry. A Teacher is supposed to explain and impart the knowledge and wisdom of God to anyone who asks or desires it. And, an Evangelist is one who makes sure the goods news of the Kingdom of God is at hand for everyone who will accept it. Everyone is supposed to be a witness of Jesus and ask others to accept Christ when that door opens. Everyone is supposed to be an example of Christ in everything they do, not just the calling they are in. The foundation of con’t

1Cor 12:28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
