THANK YOU! ….con’t -the Church is continually being eroded by the enemy and his army of disillusionment, disappointment, desires not of God, and mostly division. That foundation erosion is evident in the division of the body, the apathy of it’s parts, and the lack of power throughout. That foundation continually has to be rebuilt by the Apostles and Prophets to re-establish the truths that make up the body and all of its parts. We are not to neglect or reject any part no matter how weird or untraditional it may seem. From worship to warfare, from salvation to servant hood, and from discipleship to deliverance we are ALL supposed to work together, love one another and give one’s life for each other. Listen for God through His body parts working together in Power, Love, and sound minds. He is coming but He is coming as His body is manifesting His will and His power. He is coming to fill His body. His body will fill the Earth and it will be the Kingdom of God. It is more than salvation, it is healing, deliverance, economics, equipping, and mostly His presence in prayer, fasting, and worship. Make yourself a tabernacle of worship, warfare, and obedience every day for Him to inhabit, and you will begin to see the full manifestation of His power all around you. We ALL must DO it for it to become real. We ALL must lay down our own titles and fulfill the call of the purpose of God in each of our lives as we pray and help others fulfill theirs. As a prophetic voice, I know God is about to deliver us from all financial limitations. Too many days of fasting and praying, too many seeds planted into other people’s lives and ministries. Too much has been sown not to reap an abundant harvest. Thanks to everyone for providing us seed for others. We pray over every one. I know we’ll reap plenty so that we may continually sow again and again and again…… It’s the way, of the Kingdom! A Word from Melody What a month! Since we last wrote, life has been hopping along at full speed. The thirty days of prayer have begun at Soteria (we are on day 15 as I write). It has been a challenging time to draw people in from many different places and join in unified, concentrated prayer. Granted, our commission from Bishop Hammon was to pray in tongues for an hour each time we gather, but this is quite an exercise to shut off our natural minds, tune in to the will of God and exercise His strategy in tandem with each other. One of the most encouraging aspects of this season of prayer is seeing “troops” gather from so many different churches, and businesses, who simply have a heart to see the kingdom of God come to this city. I believe this 30 days is just the beginning of training the army of God how to assemble, strategize and war. We have noticed that each day we gather is vastly different from the previous ones. The Lord has been keeping us open to Him moment by moment and to not get into a pattern. In addition to prayer, ministry opportunities have been abundant. Everyday this week has been filled to the minute with appointments and walk- ins needing encouragement, friendship, support, prophetic ministry and personal prayer. It feels like a whirlwind at times, but God has been giving us the grace to walk this path. I remembered a prophecy today that had come many years ago, stating that there would be a day coming, when things would go so quickly and we would be running swiftly for the Lord. I realized the time had arrived and that specific word is being fulfilled. Time has definitely been accelerated and so have we!! Please continue to keep us in your prayers. As we approach the summer months, we anticipate an increase in foot traffic through our doors. This provides a much greater opportunity to share the Lord and the resources He has given us to showcase at Soteria. Our desire is to have ministry teams in place each day that operate the coffee shop and bookstore, while being ready to meet and minister to the public as they come here. Please agree with us that God will provide the people and the resources to move into this busy season. Additionally Bele Chere is happening again in Asheville on July 29 -31. This is a huge street festival that draws in 350,000 people from all over the world. Our storefront sits right on a main road where the festival is held, so we want to maximize our location for the Lord and His witness. Please pray we will have His heart and plans for the festival.
