Con’t from front….. with orders from God to proclaim the Kingdom, testify of salvation, deliverance, healing, and victory over sin, as well as warfare worship, banners and shofars, prophetic declaration and proclamation that the Kingdom of God is here in Asheville and nothing was going to stop it from coming in full force! We also brought the message of the Love of God while battling in the spirit with witches, drunks, homosexual business owners, and other unbelievers. Asheville is one of the capitals of ungodliness in this country. What did we expect to happen? Was our enemy simply going to lay down and quit? What do you think? Not hardly! As this battle rages Soteria has taken many hits. Even during the first incursion into the enemy’s territory at Pritchard Park he was even able to convince some of our own soldiers to cause strife and division right in the middle of the battle. We also began to lose troops on the “home” front. Intercessors began to wane with distractions on personal levels. People’s focus began to turn inward and even judging the ministry and me, the leader. Even though there were salvations during our battles, even though there were drunks who became sober, filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues, and dedicated their lives to Christ, even though there were great battles in the heavens when the Kingdom of God was declared and some even said demons were bowing. But mostly, even though many saints stepped out for the first time in their lives to enter into the fray of real confrontational warfare, we somehow have lost that impetus. We somehow have returned to the complacent due to the complaining. We’ve allowed the suffering to be from the suggestions of our adversary that the “other guy” did it wrong, is wrong, can’t be supported any longer, and now there are even more walking wounded because of a lie from hell. This is our common enemy’s tactics; to divide and conquer. That’s what it has boiled down to, folks. Traditionally, people believe and accuse what is offered from the accuser. God and His Holy Spirit doesn’t accuse or condemn. We see that some people have retreated like the great prophet Elijah into their caves after the battle. But Elijah heard from God in that cave. God was not in the wind, the earthquake, or the fire, but in the still small voice. God told Elijah to go back to Israel where God had 7000 who had not bowed their knee to Baal (1Kings 19:9-18). We pray for those people that are here and want to fight, want to war, want to win, and will not give up, whatever the cost! This what it’s all about! Satan has done this to the church for six thousand years. He knows so well how to make humans look like fools. All he has to do is accuse and they take over. Christians do more work for Satan than ever imagined. Satan has time to recruit many unsaved ones while children of God simply stab each other or shut each other out of their lives and their hearts all by themselves with their blame games and their wait and see attitudes. Meanwhile, the kingdom of darkness advances. All that was won on these battlefields of Asheville will go for naught if the ground that was taken, is given back, by the very ones who fought for it. Oh yes, the Bible states “WE WIN!” in the end. So, do we wait for the “other guy” to apologize? Do we continue to cower in our churches on Sunday mornings to “get a word” or go see a “talented” musician or speaker, appeasing our flesh? Or, do we get out of our own comfort zone of waiting for others to do the work of the ministry and move out in Faith to self sacrifice and possible death? Has our alabaster “box” been broken yet? Have we poured out every bit of essence in us that is required to anoint our King? Or, have we paid homage and just tipped him with a couple hours a week of singing and tithing? He owns us and everything we have, you know. We have to be ready to sacrifice every drop of our blood. Fortunately, He isn’t a demanding and forceful lover. But, He has already told us what is required, the same as He gave, our life. Are we going to live and have our being in Him or our opinionated, wounded, and Monday morning quarterbacking nature? Can Asheville win while struggling internal personal strife between members of His body continues? I see and hear that from every congregation. There is no immunity in any church building. People move from building to building continually judging. There is no perfect church anywhere until people begin to walk in full power, in ALL the gifts and callings, and settle somewhere committed no matter what happens! Right relationships are a WORK process. Asheville has been destined for more than this. The SHIFT has come. There is a period of peace now so you can hear His still small voice….A bigger battle is coming!
